Chapter 1 Josh Got His Game Back
Elizabeth has a good life. She is an only child, and her parents a divorced. Still, it is good. Espiecially compared to her best friend Mandi's life.
Mandi never sees her parents. Well, maybe twice a month she does, but not often. They are almost always away on business trips together. They are rich, but Mandi doesn't care. Things went fine in her life until her maid quit when she was about seven. She found a new one. Recently, though, she quit as well. Now, there is only one nanny who visits her, and that is only once or twice a week. She isn't alone at her house, no. She has a brother. He has anger managment issues, though, and when he gets angry, he beats her. Badly. That only happens when he loses his football games though, as he is a QB (this is American football) and his sport is his life. Recently his rival, the QB of his enemy team, has not been playing well. Josh was the name of the rival, and Mandi's brother's name was Sam. Now, though, Josh got his game back. And so, her brother gets worse. He beats her again. And her life, that was just getting better, is shaken from its roots.
As Mandi's best friend, Elizabeth knows she has to take care of Mandi and stand by her like she always has, since second grade. But now, that is getting harder. Because Josh has his game back, and so her brother will beat her. He is a senior, Sam, and so he is worse than before. He'll hurt her. Mandi knows. But until he does something wrong, all she can do is wait, wonder, and hope. . .

Chapter 2 When Legends are True
There is a legend passed on to generations, legends of strange beings.
Creatures that will come at the end of the world. No one knows what they
look like, or what they are. But, things change. The creatures are said
to be called Jyaus. And only one can tame them.
Meanwhile, Rayna is an average peasent girl in the land of Sahraba. She
lives on her father's farm, doing the work, and dreaming of what dwells
in the forest near her home. When her father dies, her world is torn
apart and she must flee to the forest with only the knowlage of what her
father has told her. Soon, she finds she must question that knowlage.
She finds a friend in the woods. A friend that is not human. And with
only that friend for guidence, Rayna must question everything she knows
and ask a question: What happens when legends are true

Chapter 3 A Pebble in the Stream of Life
Jean is normal, yet she is an outcast. She would much rather do anything
than be a lady. She can climb trees, and she loves the woods and the
river. She hates what is always expected of her. So, taking only her dog
Petal she runs away.
And then comes Sier.
Jean begins life in the forest. She finds though, that she must run or
be fround. So, she makes a boat, and begins a journey down the river.
She finds a girl in the river though, half drowned. She revives the
girl, who says her name is Sier. Jean is mystified by the girl, who
tells that she is the last of a tribe of River Nymphs. How can they
exist? As skeptical as she is, Jean can do nothing but let the girl join
her. And so she is with Sier, who tells amazing stories and legends,
and befriends Jean as she wonders what is true and what is not.

Chapter 4 Recovering Forever



Three years ago, Melanie Whieler pledged her love to a man. She promised
him she would be with him forever. She did not know him well, yet she
loved him. They grew close. His name was James. They were on an island
together, stranded. And then they were rescued. But that did not go as
planned.
The ship they had been on had crashed, and Melanie and James had been
two of group of survivors. They camped in a cave and made a home. Then, a
helicopter found them. One was left behind, however. James, suffering
from an illness, was left in the cave, unconscious. Melanie was sleeping
beside him, and when she awoke, she was in the helicopter. Without him.
She was sixteen then.
Now, she finds out he is alive. She pledged to be with him forever, and
so she will find him. He is in the U.S., but there is a catch. She has
been diagnosed with cancer. So now, forever is put in question as she
sets out the man she gave her heart to years ago.
Recovering Forever tells that story, from the island to the end, in two
parts. Melanie is aided in this quest only by her sister, who
understands love as her boyfriend was taken by her a year ago in a car
crash, and her friend Sarah, who was on the ship and was the one to drag
Melanie onto the helicopter away from James. This is a story of hope
and self-renewance.

Arent you suppose to continue the 1st chapter??
But anyway it was a good book
